The Ardee school seeks to develop young minds who see new solutions to old problems, individuals who are trained to reflect, analyse, take risks, possess personal and technical skills, nurture their creative and expressive strengths and use these to contribute to their world. The school motto "Be the Change" draws from Mahatma Gandhi's famous words 'You must be the change you wish to see in this world.'

The curriculum in the Nursery and Primary sections draws from the Montessori approach, where children are offered freedom to choose their activities within a structured environment. They are provided with hands-on experiences using materials as they develop concentration, coordination, independence, and a sense of order. The role of the classroom teacher is to nurture the development of the whole child.
