individual learning style, who plan lessons using multiple
intelligences, who know how to reach out to a constructivist
learning approach-they are what makes a school great and what leads

To assist teachers to enrich or upgrade their skills, Learn Today
provides an ongoing professional development programme.
The programme is offered as either an in-school or an external
workshop programme. All workshops are highly interactive and
encourage participation and sharing of ideas among teachers.
We also have programmes for school management — Principals, Heads of
Department, Vice Principals etc.
Teacher Training Centre
Workshops can be held at Learn Today's Teacher
Training Centre. They have the advantage of promoting interactions
among teachers from a cross-section of schools. The programme
encourages participants to remain in touch with each other and to
create a professional learning community.
In - school workshops
In-school workshops are usually of one to two days
duration. They are intended for the whole staff or for a section
(eg. secondary school). Their focus is on the vital areas which are
common to teachers from different subject areas — strengthening
classroom instruction and creating an effective learning programme.
