Arun Kapur
Arun Kapur is Director, Vasant Valley School. He has a considerable reputation as an outstanding educationist. With over twenty-eight years of expertise in education, he has been actively engaged in building learning environments catering to a diverse group of learners — rural, urban, students with Special Needs and educating students who have fallen outside the formal schooling system. He contributes in multiple forums on education planning. His acclaimed book, Improving Schools-Empowering Children outlines the importance of a child-centred, dynamic approach to creating a great school.

Dr. Shalini Advani
Dr. Shalini Advani has been the principal of the British School, New Delhi. She works as an educational consultant, advising on setting up schools and on school improvement. She has a long experience in systems development, school management, policy structure, staff and curriculum development. Her work with the IB and GCSE curriculum as well as with the NCERT's new National Curriculum 2005 lend her expertise in devising the most effective learning approaches. She has been on the national steering committee for the NCERT's National Curriculum Framework and has written numerous articles on education in newspapers and journals.

Neenu Puri
Neenu Puri has had extensive experience as a teacher, curriculum leader and examiner within various national and international educational systems. She has taught English in schools following the ISC, GCSE, A Level and IB. As an examiner both for ISC and as a trained examiner for Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) she has a rich understanding of curriculum and assessment objectives. She has been involved with creating publications for curriculum development, teaching methods and learning materials. She was previously Head of the English Department at the British School where she also developed student activity and leadership programmes.

Gaurav Tripathi
Gaurav Tripathi has worked with Fortune 500 companies like American Express and CSC. His expertise ranges from accounting, taxation, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and treasury functions. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

Srilatha Subrahmanian
Srilatha Subrahmanian has many years of teaching experience at different levels ranging from Montessori to primary and high school, in schools in India as well as in British international schools in East Asia. She has designed a reading programme for the Shri Ram School and has worked on several projects to design a syllabus for an intensive English programme for international schools. Srilatha has been a Head of Department, a student counsellor and has conducted various workshops for teachers and parents.
